Škoda Approved Repairs

All repairs are carried out by Škoda trained technicians in Škoda authorised repairers, giving you the peace of mind that your Škoda will be repaired to the same high standards as before.

Škoda Genuine Parts

We only use genuine parts and accessories and each one comes with a two-year warranty, excluding wear and tear items.

Courtesy car

We’ll provide a courtesy car while your car is being repaired by a Škoda approved repairer. This comes as an optional feature with our Essentials Car Insurance cover but included in our Plus Car Insurance cover as standard.

Vandalism promise

If you make a claim for damage to your car caused by vandalism, you won’t lose your No Claim Discount with us. The incident must be reported to the police and assigned a crime reference number. You will need to pay the accidental damage excess. This feature is only available with our Plus Car Insurance.

Uninsured driver promise

If you make a claim for an accident that is not your fault and the driver of the other vehicle is not insured, you will not lose your No Claim Discount with us or have to pay any excess. If possible, provide details of the other vehicle, including the registration, make, model, and driver details. This feature is only available with our Plus Car Insurance.

24-hour accident recovery

In the event of an accident you will have access to our 24 hour recovery helpline.

Electric car battery cover

We’ll cover your electric car’s battery, whether it is owned or leased, if it becomes damaged as a result of an insured incident.

Windscreen cover

We’ll pay to replace or repair broken glass in the windscreen, sunroof or windows of your car less any excess that applies.

Personal accident

If you, your partner or a named driver on the policy suffer a serious injury while travelling in, or getting in or out of your car, our Plus Car Insurance protects you with £10,000 personal accident cover and £1,000 if you have our Essentials Car Insurance.

Electric charging cables cover

Our Plus Car Insurance covers you in the event of accidental damage, fire or theft of your electric charging cables and your home charger. This also covers accidents caused by any electric charging cables when attached to your car. 

Child seat replacement

We’ll cover the cost of replacing any child seat with a new one of the same (or similar) model and standard following theft, accident or fire.

Personal belongings cover

Our Plus Car Insurance covers you up to £300 for personal belongings that are lost or damaged following an accident, fire or theft.
